Introduction and history
Since before, the Long Baju Kebaya has been the traditional costume of the aristocrat women and masses of this state. This kebaya of the long and big type has the original cutting and with pesak (armpit lining) and kekek (side lining). The fabric is silk, brocade or songket, matched with songket or woven fabrics sarong.
For the commoners, this attire is made of plain or flowered cotton fabric. The attire is complemented with brooches and also other accessories.
