TAU FU FAH

Tau Fu Fah or also called dòufuhuā and
also dòuhuā is a dish made from very soft tofu. Tofu is said to have
originated in China, during the ancient times of the Han Dynasty. The Chinese
have developed and enriched tofu-based cooking recipes according to their own
tastes. Among them are mapo tofu, rotten tofu, pickled tofu, steamed tofu, and
tofu pudding. In Malaysia, Tau Fu Fah is eaten with sweet gravy of white sugar water or brown
sugar as a dessert. Deliciously eaten cold or hot.
