Tosai is the traditional cuisine of Malaysian Indians. Some of us also call it dosa, dosai, dosay, dose, dhosha, thosai or even chakuli. A variety of tosai can be tried such as egg tosai, chili tosai, onion tosai, swamp tosai, ghee tosai, and so on. This food is often enjoyed by almost all Malaysians, especially Indians but also favored by Malays and Chinese. It can be found in Mamak Muslim restaurants and also Indian restaurants.
