VADAI

Vadai is a traditional fried Indian food. It has two
versions namely "paruppu vadai" and "ulunthu vadai".
"Paruppu vadai" is usually made of dal beans, green chili slices,
curry leaves, and shallots. "Ulunthu vadai" is made of rice flour and
is shaped like a wheel with a hole in the middle. "Ulunthu vadai" is
usually eaten once with "chutney". Vadai should be fried with a lot
of oil. Both of these vadais are so delicious to eat during afternoon tea.
