FRIED KUEW TIAW

Occasionally, slices of Chinese sausage and fish cake or other suitable ingredients are added according to the local flavor.

During those times this dish was normally sold by fishermen, farmers, and cockle collectors in the late afternoons as an additional source of income.

This dish has many variations. Among them are adding in duck egg to enrich the taste or crab meat to increase the sweetness of the dish.
