FISH WITH BAMBANGAN

Pinasakan (Pinaasakan or Pinarasakan) is a
traditional food of the Kadazandusun ethnic and is well known in Sabah. The
ingredients are sardine fish cooked with bambangan (a traditional fruit in the
mango fruit family), takob-takob or Garcinia cambogia, turmeric
powder, and salt. This food can be kept for days.
