CELOROT KEK

This traditional Kuih Celorot or also called Segurut is well known among the Melanau communities. The main ingredients are rice flour, coconut milk, palm sugar, salt and an adequate amount of water. This mixture is wrapped in the shoot of palm leaves then steamed till cooked.
