Kuih Bongkol is made of rice flour, coconut milk and palm sugar, mixed together and placed on banana leaf to be steamed. It has a soft texture, is delicious and has a sweet taste. This traditional dessert is popular as a breaking of the fast menu during the Moslems' holy month of Ramadan.
