SINGGANG STYLE FISH
'Singgang' refers to a gravy dish using less cooking oil, hence good for the health. Normally this dish uses tuna as the main ingredient but not exhaustive to one type of fish only. Other main ingredients are squid, crab, chicken or beef. The side ingredients are chillies, onion, garlic, ginger, galangal, fresh turmeric, garcinia cambogia and okra.
Fry all the ingredients, except the fish, okra and chillies, until aromatic then add in water of which the quantity depends on the quantity of the fish. Add in the fish when the water boils. Lastly, add in the okra as well as chillies and salt according to taste. Stir slowly till the fish is cooked.
