PORTUGIS CUISINE CHICKEN STEW

Stew Ayam is one of the traditional cuisines popular among the Portuguese community in the state of Malacca. This cuisine has a very appetizing taste and the preparation of this cuisine is also very simple.

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

Chicken

Onion

Potato Tubers

Carrots

Button mushrooms

Cabbage

Soup leaves

Onion leaves

Spice Hundred 3 siblings

Fat biscuits

Chicken cubes

Salt

 

 

HOW TO COOK:

 

Slice large onions in the form of dice.

Big cut cabbage

Saute the large onion and spices 3 siblings until the smell rises

Add the chicken and mix it

Add potato tubers, carrots and button mushrooms

Mix until ripe

Add water

Leave until the chicken cooks

Prepare  biscuits

Punch the biscuits  (the country Portugal uses flour)

Add the crushed biscuits

Add chicken cubes

Wait until the potatoes and carrots are padded

Enter the cabbage and mix flat

Add a little water

Add fat biscuits, salt and flavored powder

Sprinkle the leaves of the broth as a decoration
