TAPIOCA SHOOT RENDANG DISH

Rendang Pucuk Ubi is made from cassava sprouts
and also other ingredients such as beef, chicken, or anchovies, together with
coconut milk, onions, lemongrass, dried garcinia, salt, and enough cooking oil.
Saute onions, meat or anchovies, and chilies in a pan, then add coconut milk followed by lemongrass, sour cream, and salt. After boiling, add the cassava sprouts. Mix and stir until the coconut milk is dry. Keep the heat low so that the cassava shoots do not stick to the bottom of the pan. Stir slowly until the potato shoots are completely dry. Then ready to serve.
This dish is suitable to eat with white rice and can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time by using an airtight storage container.
