PALM SAGO CENDOL DRINK
Cendol Sagu Rumbia is a sweet drink from a mixture of palm sago flour, rice flour, brown sugar, coconut milk, and an adequate amount of water. The palm sago flour is added to the rice flour according to the ratio, and mixed with water then cook by placing it on heat and stirring until the mixture thickens. Then put it into a cendol mold and press till the mixture gradually drops into a container filled with water. Wash and toss the cendol then serve mixed with brown sugar syrup and coconut milk.
