A WIDOW'S HOMAGE DRINK

Air Janda Pulang’ is a traditional drink that is famous in the community of Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan. The basic ingredient for its preparation is young coconut water and its contents mixed with Enau sugar or Melaka sugar. Air Janda Pulang is also a drink or dessert that can quench thirst, especially in the scorching heat. Usually, it will be sought and drunk in hot weather because it is able to give freshness.
