PRAWN NOODLE

Mi Udang originated from the influence of the food of the Chinese communities who migrated to the Malay Peninsula. Nowadays, the dish is well known among the local communities.
The main ingredient is prawn while the noodle is made from wheat flour. The side ingredients are French beans, red onion, yellow onion, garlic, chili paste, and salt and sugar to taste. The method of preparation is akin to spaghetti but this prawn noodle has more gravy and sweeter to the taste due to the presence of prawn in the recipe.
